Payment terms
The UK Guild of Hypnotist Examiners (company number: 1748341) on its website, ukguild.com, on occasion publicises courses and workshops of members. It takes no responsibility for the courses and workshops listed by members of the UKGHE. They are the responsibility of the trainer listed or of their company. See their website or contact them directly for details of their terms and conditions.

Any workshop or course fees listed on the website, that are available for purchase via the payment pages of ukguild.com, adhere to the following payment conditions:

Cancellation by the purchaser: all fees paid for courses or workshops via this site, ukguild.com, are returnable in full if cancellation is made in writing by email 12 weeks prior to the start date of the course or workshop. If cancellation is made in writing by email less than 12 weeks but more than 3 weeks prior to the start of the course or workshop, the fee will be returned less 10% administration fee. If cancellation is made in writing by email less than 3 weeks but more than 1 week prior to the start of the course or workshop, the fee will be returned less 20% of the fee paid for the course or workshop. Any cancellation made 1 week or less before a course will incur a charge of 50% of the fee paid. In the case of any cancellation, purchasers can choose to receive a credit note for the full fee minus £25 administration charge, transferable to an equivalent course or workshop scheduled at a later date within a calendar year.

Tickets for the UKGHE Annual Convention are non-refundable unless purchased 8 weeks prior to the Convention. Prior to 8 weeks before the date of the convention, the ticket fee minus £10 administration charge will be returned if cancellation is made in writing by email.

Cancellation by the trainer or training company: if for any reason a course or workshop which has been purchased via the UKGHE website, ukguild.com, is cancelled by the training provider, all pre-paid fees will be returned in full. The training provider does not accept liability for any other expenses incurred (such as hotel deposits, loss of wages etc.) by any purchaser in preparation for attendance at the cancelled course or workshop.
